Precision Copper Capillary Tube (Cu-OF / Cu-ETP / Cu-DHP)
Our precision capillary copper tubes are manufactured from premium Cu-OF (CW008A), Cu-ETP (CW004A), and Cu-DHP (CW024A) copper alloys and are designed to regulate the flow of liquids or gases in various industrial systems. By controlling the internal diameter, tube length, and flow resistance, capillary tubes create a precise pressure drop that limits and stabilizes fluid movement.
Although copper capillary tubes are widely known for their use in refrigeration and HVAC systems, their fundamental function is flow control. Depending on the application, they can regulate refrigerant, gases, lubricants, or other fluids in systems requiring accurate metering and stable flow performance.
