5A06 H112 Aircraft Aluminum rod Bar is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy material primarily used in aerospace, shipbuilding, and other applications requiring lightweight and high strength.

Alloy Composition:

5A06 aluminum alloy belongs to the Al-Mg series. The primary alloying element is magnesium, typically in the range of 5.8%–6.8%, with additional elements such as manganese (0.5%–0.8%) and titanium (0.02%–0.10%), and the balance being aluminum.

Temper Description:

The H112 temper indicates that the material has been hot worked (such as by extrusion) but not subjected to further heat treatment. It achieves a certain level of strength and performance through minor cold working after hot processing.

Key Characteristics:
